Refund policy

For Tarot Readings:

Once your reading has been sent to you, I cannot offer a refund. Readings are sent within 24-48 hours of payment. If you have not received yours yet and would like a refund, please contact me.

For Tarot & Oracle Decks:

Card decks can only be returned if they are in the condition they were sold in. They must be in their original sealed packaging. Decks that have been opened cannot be refunded.

Please be aware you will be responsible for the postage cost of returning items.
